Refund policy

At Items Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Returns

We accept returns for items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@itemsonline.co.uk. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and issue you a return shipping label (if applicable). Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Health and personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items (if applicable)

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you would like.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. If you paid with a credit or debit card, please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@itemsonline.co.uk.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
