How to Use Shakti Acupressure Mat ?
Place the mat and pillow on the ground with spikes pointing up. Lie on the mat and pillow.
Do it daily for 10 to 20 minutes at a time or as long as desired.
For beginners it might be better to start for shorter period of time and/or wear a shirt or place a thin cloth between the spikes and your skin.

Suggestions for massage ball use:
1)For Foot use, until your foot is used to the massage ball we suggest wearing socks
2)Use directly on the skin should be limited to short periods at first
3)A rolling motion is advised towards the instep of the foot, gently moving this out across the whole of the foot as you become accustomed to the feel of the product.
